Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card: Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. Those guests wishing to pay by cash or check must use a valid credit card as back-up for the full amount. A reservation cannot be accepted or confirmed without a major credit card.

In order to secure the reservation and receive a confirmation, a deposit of 1/2 the amount of the reservation will be charged to your credit card at the time the reservation is made. The balance will be charged to your credit card within seven (7) days prior to your arrival date. Any additional incidentals will be charged prior to checkout. No refund for early checkout.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 14 days prior to arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made after 14 days will be charged a one nights stay as cancellation.

Check-in: 4 PM.

Check-out: 12 PM.

Late checkout - $50.00 charge until 1:00 p.m..

After 1:00 p.m., the full room rate will be charged.

Rates are based on double occupancy.

All Packages, Special Events, Holiday and
Weekend Specials Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation of Packaged Weekend, Wedding parties or any other Special Pricing consideration events shall be made a minimum of 30 days prior to check in or event. In consideration of any and all special pricing rates, arrangements and consideration extended, any adjustments to rate and refunds are at the sole discretion of management. Refund of advances and any adjustments for partial stays will result in full rack pricing.
